Turbo Vado 5.0: What tire pressure do you run?

Specialized doesn't publish weights that I could find. LBS weighed a non-IGH Turbo Como at 57 lbs. this month. I'd guess the Vado w/ IGH might be close to 60 lbs.

New Thule Epos 2 Bike Rack

OK, thanks. For those who use an Easy Fold on a taller vehicle, Thule sells a longer loading ramp: https://www.amazon.com/Thule-EasyFold-Long-Loading-Ramp/dp/B07VV6SWFB

New Thule Epos 2 Bike Rack

I assume it has a ramp...? I like the extra flexibility of the frame clamp arms vs the Easy Fold. Looks like a nice upgrade. Thanks for sharing.

    Which brake first?

As suggested above, it's useful to lightly drag the rear brake and counter weight or counter lean while making a tight turn. Weight the outside pedal and the inside grip. And always look where you want to go. Practice, practice, practice.

Having trouble deciding between the Trek Verve+ 3, Allant+ 7, and Allant +7S

    Ride a Verve+ 4S. It's addictive 😛.

    Bosch Purion Display Controls

I understand the ramping down feature. To my seat-of-pants it seems to be over the last 1.5mph. As to the actual error, I've been back and forth with the Trek LBS, to no avail. I ride by the calibrated radar speed signs and the Purion reads 10% faster than actual, as indicated by the radar speed...

    Bosch Purion Display Controls

True, annoyingly so. Adding insult to injury, the speedo on both our Verve+ 2s and a Verve+ 4S I've ridden all read ~10% fast, meaning the +2s are actually 18mph pedal assist bikes :(. I've installed a Sigma bike computer on mine which tells the truth and also gives me some other useful data.

Having trouble deciding between the Trek Verve+ 3, Allant+ 7, and Allant +7S

Appreciate your input but not everyone can tolerate a lean-forward riding position. I have the adjustable stem on my Verve+ 2 set in line with the steering head and I routinely ride 33+ miles 2x times weekly with no communication from my back other than relief. To each their own.

Turbo Como 4 SL EQ front light position?

I see that... no front suspension. FWIW, you should be able to mount the light to the fastener which secures the fender. That's the way it is mounted on my Trek. Or, once you've removed the ft. rack, you may like the mounting opportunities vacated on the stem by the rack mount. Good luck.

Trek Verve + 2 chain is constantly slipping.

Latitude, That's the guard I'm looking for. Would you mind sharing the source? Most of the ones I've seen online tend to be fragile looking &/or have way too much bling. Thanks, hf
