Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

The one thing that I keep seeing again and again which just baffles me, is the inability for some to seem to actually grasp what others are taking issue with. My issue, as I've always mentioned, has been communication. A healthy operation consists of proactive communication. Something happens...

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@WaxedWookie - as I'd mentioned, my package DOES indicate it was picked up. 95 lbs! ETA for next Wednesday, of course the DAY AFTER I leave town for Christmas. I'll have it held at a FedEx office. At this point, my concern/fears ALL lie with FedEx, as they REALLY suck in this area. My...

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@BigMozzaNZ - something I would keep in mind reading while reading this thread (putting on my well worn devils advocate attire). Not trying to excuse the lack of communication, but maybe to put a different light on it. I think one of the biggest reasons so many people in here are frustrated...

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@WaxedWookie - I LITERALLY (in the last 60s) got a text that my order has shipped, tracking number and all! I'll update when I see FedEx has picked it up.

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@Zachdds , 1 week or so by date. I don't know his number, mine was 1400. According to Pushkars update in this thread at the end of November, it was assembled waiting on a motor, though apparently that's fuzzy and maybe meant controller, or maybe they're just laughing at me/us.

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@WaxedWookie you got a picture?! I've asked two or three times to see a picture (I really just want to see the color) and received no reply even acknowledging 😔

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@Acme - I, and many others have repeatedly said we don't care about the shortage or being delayed. I care about knowing recent statuses, even if bad. Especially when communication stated "one more week" and two+ weeks go by without hearing anything to update/correct status.

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

June 25, order 1400. All but one of my 3 "status updates" have been from posts Pushkar has left on here, and the third was an email in September. I'm happy to answer any questions about my experience, though I'm guessing you can get an idea from here.

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

Hah, after your last reply I even re-read this to make sure I didn't miss "this" and for a minute I read it twice and my brain auto-inserted the "this". The first time I read it this morning it inserted "next". Thanks brain for auto-complete! Hoping it all turns out well for you, seriously!

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@WaxedWookie, to clarify, did it say "this", "next", or "within a" week? I'm glad you heard something, just wishing I could've got the same communication. And even more hoping for your sake that it's not just another missed commitment. This seems fitting...

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@Zachdds - I completely get where you are coming from with respect to telling people and being excited, and then slowly becoming more and more frustrated with the communication/company to the point of becoming a non-promoter, or worse. I'm not saying that I'm going to actively voice negative...

@pushkar - any update on the formal update? I've not seen any other threads posted, or emails in my inbox (checked junk too).

    Questions about the Hydra

Oh I'm definitely happy/excited. Though now I guess the waiting game will be on the motor situation... Here's hoping that that gets resolved sooner than later!

    Questions about the Hydra

Since I've been posting here a little about my (potentially im)patience for this order, thought I'd update everyone with my latest experiences. I'd texted Pushkar last week and he said that they were hoping to be able to work on my build/ship in the next 2-3 weeks, though waiting on motors. I...

    Questions about the Hydra

@Cuz Vinny - the times I've directly texted (via SMS) him, I have as well received communication back (typically within a day). What I was referring to in my post is that Watt Wagons' site has multiple other methods of communication: The Chat Bubble A Contact Phone # Email Form Besides the...

    Questions about the Hydra

Same boat... After the email, I waited several days before finally reaching out to Pushkar directly via text, since I still hadn't received the call or any responses to the communications that I'd sent. He DID reply fairly quickly, but I find it really unfortunate that it seems the only way to...

    Questions about the Hydra

@Rome - thanks for the offer. I haven't spoken with Pushkar since like late July when the availability page was updated to show that the Archon light sensor wasn't available, and chatted with him briefly about that. But from our conversation I'm still not 100% sure what we're doing for my...

    Questions about the Hydra

@Acme - I totally get what you're saying. I really try to overall not bother people too. But the reason I've been attempting to reach out to Pushkar IS to tell him to use available parts and I'll pay upgrade cost, or if it's a downgrade, just let me know so I can make an informed decision on...

    Questions about the Hydra

@Cuz Vinny - I totally get about last week, which is why I texted last week the contact # on the site asking for a call this week when possible. It was whoever replied that gave me the expectation to receive a reply on Monday. And the previous comment about messaging pushkar was like 2.5-3...
