Thanks for the info Stuart. To recap: 1st bike in 2018 and it had pinging issue. 2nd bike in Sept 2019 and it had pinging + fork issue. 3rd bike in 2021 and it has chain stuck, snapped first time out. The shop should be able to work this out for you.

@chromatose, I'm looking at the 2021 reaction race 625. Would be much appreciated to see your year 2 update.

I know this is an old thread but did you resolved the pinging issue? Did you needed up changing to different folks? I'm looking at purchasing the 2021 reaction race 626.
