I agree with you 100%. I imagine the warranty is useless. I was appalled by their email responses and having to wait 40 + days to get the parts we were missing just to assemble the bikes. It took our credit card company to step in and threaten them with returning our money. Still........40 +...

Yes. That is the way mine is.....only on one side. It's effectively just a "lockout". A better quality product would allow you to adjust the rebound and dampening. A cheaper fork, like on the Himiway only allows you to make it active or lock it out. It works fine for it's purpose.

Here is how to adjust the speed settings. The fork.....you simply turn it. One way is on or active the other is off or non-active (solid front). At least that's what it is on mine.

I have had a similar experience with Himiway. Their Facebook page is total BS. There is very little truth. Anything even moderately derogatory about the almighty Himiway is NEVER allowed on the page or deleted quickly. Fortunately I have found sources on these pages where anything that breaks...

Starting to find out Himiway is not so great. We have one that came with no assemble box, no charger, nothing. Waited 4 weeks so far. Just an 85 pound piece of Yard Art for nearly $1,500.

I agree. We received a bike with NO accessory box. Getting NO help and NO response after 4 weeks. Our $1,500 e bike is useless.
