That’s sums up my feelings about the support provided. Three months in the shop and eventually sent back to Scott who said shops repair was faulty. The product is flawed.

I wouldn’t buy any of them. I’ve had nothing but issues with both systems over past three years. Scott eride addict 30 has been back for warranty replacement since end of jan. still nothing back from them.

Thats great news. The battery is exactly the same in all bikes using the system. I phoned bike shop yesterday and still no sign of battery. Ive now contacted Bianchi and let them know the whole sorry tale. Would be nice if they sort it out.

Has anyone swapped a battery on a x35? Im thinking of taking the new battery unit from my Gain snd putting it into my Bianchi Aria which is still not fixed. Any tips on this appreciated in advance. Ps not bothered about warranty implications as I've decided it sucks anyway.

Update. Ebikemotion have accepted that its a warranty job and say they have sent out a replacement. Its been a month now and its still not here tho. Ive since bought a Gain to enable me getting out. Whole thing is so bad and still not fixed.

Update on problem. The bike shop have tried everything but no joy. Have had to contact ebikemotion directly and after sending proof of purchase etc they have joined in. They are saying there is no problem as there is no flashing light. Shop trying to get across that thats the problem. Its not...

Im a big guy and have a 34 on the back for the steep stuff so i can still keep some revs up. Helps me and i ride on grades over 6% every ride.
