Hi, so i recently upgraded my ebike's battery to a 48v for higher speed, but now the battery meter is not showing the correct battery left, is there any changes i have to do to the system to tell it that i'm using a 48v battery ? i got a bafang s800

That's not good, have you checked your motor yet ? Is there any sound from the motor if you turn it backwards ? could be bad gears

is the motor and controller a kit ?

Have you treid switching the green and blue wire ?

The controller works well on other hub motors, What controller do you got? I had a similar issue on for a long time ago, i fixed that by swapping the green and blue wires, so that the motor goes backwards and then i used the intsrumental wire to teach the controller wich way is the correct

so overvolting it from 10s36v to 13s 48v did nothing
