    I'm curious about the color of this water. It's unusual. Once I drained a pond on my place and lined it with bentonite which was an almost white color. When the pond filled back up it looked like this for a few days until algae grew and it resumed its natural greenish color.

    That is not a small bear. It's not huge but it's at least 2 hundred pounds. And that head posture is a threat. I bet that bear woke up dazed and confused in a strange woods not long after you took this pic. If it was lucky.

    Usually when any ag outfit completely covers the soil like that it is to kill weed seeds. Or with grapes it's to kill even fungus as vineyards are prone to infections. Don't know about pot.
