I think tubeless was a mistake as the tires lose pressure too quickly. The tires are 40mm which fit fine. But all in all it was a great move.

Well 1200 miles later my Vado SL 5.0 EQ is flawless and going strong. Only big change I did was replace the tires with Maxxis Rambler's tubeless. I lot more traction off road and still smooth on pavement.

My next purchase

Yes. I use them on longer rides.

Biggest problem. Some people don't know how to be nice.

The TCD manual is useless. The print is so tiny that even with a magnifying glass I could not read it. Went to the LBS and he made it work. At $4500, you'd think Specialized could have done better on this.

So far I am not hitting 28 MPH but I haven't yet a long enough straightaway. Heck 24 MPH is pretty fast to me. Really bought the Vado SL 5.0 EQ for the assist in the 12 to 22 mph range anyway. And for that it is awesome.
