Honestly, it's mostly about longevity. If one of the wheels gets damages at some point, I'd like to be ready to pop in an extra set of wheels without too much of a hassle or needing to bring it to a dealer. Still, I wouldn't mind making it lighter down the road. I'm a heavy person so I'm wary...

I feel similarly. Per the promo docs, they say the battery will be shipped "within 120 days" so it could be quite the wait... I plan on calling my dealer later this week though.
