    Priority Current versus Evelo Omega?

she has ridden some e-bikes and likes them, although not the two above. and yes, i’m concerned about the weight of both of them, but esp the evelo omega. i really think mid drive belt is the way to go, but maybe i should pick something significantly lighter for her?

    Priority Current versus Evelo Omega?

Hi all, I'd like to get one of these for my 5'4", 110# wife who is not a frequent biker or athlete. Casual, city riding, no more than a graded gravel trail. Thoughts? Both have: mid-drive motor, step through frame, Gates Carbon belt drive (CDX), 6061 aluminum white frame, hydraulic brakes...

Priority Bicycles just launched the most affordable Gates belt mid-drive e-bike

I've been shopping for commuter belt ebike for awhile now. Very excited about the Priority Current but still comparing it to the Modmo Saigon (and whatever Watt Wagons releases by end of year) similarities: ~US$2700. gates belt. Enviolo cvt hub. removable battery. hydraulic disc brakes. alum...

    Thoughts on Modmo Saigon eBike?

the thing i don’t understand is the Modmo Saigon is claiming a ‘200 km range’ (124 mi) with a 18.5Ah/666wh/36v panasonic battery with a 250w front hub motor. i get that’s probably at some very low assist level, but the luna stealth with a 7ah/250wh/36v panasonic battery with a 500w mid drive...

    Thoughts on Modmo Saigon eBike?

belt, removable batt, hydraulic disc brakes, 250w front motor, 18.5Ah removable battery, single speed 2099 Euro, or 11 speed 2299 Euro, 17kg (37 pounds). Unsure of range, but guessing this would be similar to a Luna Stealth or a Vanmoof s3? https://modmo.io/ What do you all think?

    Any update on City Commuter?

that smooth archon controller would really separate this bike from the lighter cheaper but low range/low power bikes below (vanmoof s3, ride1up roadster v2, luna stealth), and the heavy expensive bikes above (priority embark, evelo aurora limited, riese and muller). seems like a good marketing...

    Any update on City Commuter?

if anyone is in the same boat, what attracts me to the upcoming City Commuter is belt drive, multi speed, disc brakes, more than 30 mile range, less than 50 pounds, class 3 speed. only thing i would cut is the throttle; i like pedaling! similar belt ebikes i’d consider lack some of those...

    Any update on City Commuter?

yes, sorry, i was asking about the delayed City Commuter (title edited) so that’s going to be a bafang m600, no torque sensor, right?

    Any update on City Commuter?

Hi Pushkar and WW fans! Last I heard was maybe a Q4 release. I'm waiting for it as my first eBike! Let us know what we can do to help get it launched! BTW, would adding a torque sensor to the specs drive the price up too much?
