The only issue we've had so far; the manual had instructions for a controlier we didn't have. An email and they quickly sent a pdf of the correct controller instructions.
Our's was delivered 2 weeks ago(mid July). It's well designed and has been a surprise just how well it performs. My wife rode it to the grocery and got a weeks worth.
She was excited about how well it rode with the extra weight.
