    Review: New LMT'D - new owner's perspective

It was a small hole, so I just patched it. I got a spare tube for my LTD last week from eBay...

    Review: New LMT'D - new owner's perspective

I don't know how many of you are considering this, but I got my first flat tire yesterday after my ride. It was one of the things I was most leery about buying an eBike because I ride my bike every day and I get quite a few flat tires from time to time. When I was researching eBikes one of...

    Review: New LMT'D - new owner's perspective

The only time I even notice the surge from the torque sensor is tooling around 18-20 MPH on PAS 2/9. The bike acts like it wants to go faster then reels it in. As I said it was easy for me to adjust my pedaling motion and it almost never happens for more than a few seconds now because i...

    Review: New LMT'D - new owner's perspective

If you start noticing the motor surging play around with your pedaling. I noticed this surging when I first got my LTD, but can easily compensate for it now. What you want to try to do if the bike starts surging once you get to a constant speed is vary your pedaling technique. Try to manage...

    Review: New LMT'D - new owner's perspective

I also bought a LMTD as my first eBike. Normally running 2/9 on pedal assist, I'm getting pretty decent range from mine. It's currently sitting on the charger after the second battery cycle. Last battery cycle went like this: Sunday: 14.09 miles 16mph average, no hills of note. Start...

Came home from work to see a big surprise on my porch!

One of the main reasons I ride my bike is for health reasons and this being my first eBike I was also concerned about this. From the initial impressions it seems like you can still get a pretty decent workout if you stick with the lower PA #'s and tool around at 15mph.

    Ride1Up Core 5 and LMT'd = Shipping!!

GenX: My HRM never went above 130 which is pretty rare for me when riding around on my bike. I usually wander between high 130's and mid to high 140's. The difference was noticeable, but I still felt like a got a decent workout both times I've ridden it.

    Ride1Up Core 5 and LMT'd = Shipping!!

IDK how many here are waiting for reports to come in on the range capacities of this bike, but here's what I got out of my first charge. I'm a pretty big guy (6' 4"/270lbs) and I got two days/30 miles of mostly pedal assist level 2/9 or 3/9 (15-20mph) riding in with a couple small hills out of...

Came home from work to see a big surprise on my porch!

I got mine yesterday too! I rode it 9.4 miles this morning. Mostly level 1 or 2 pedal assist (of 1-5, I changed it to 1-9 after I got home). A few throttle uses to help take offs. Had 90% left on the battery when I got home. It's my first eBike. Been riding my old bike pretty much...
