Got it all to work. Had to make a few tools. A tool to remove and a tool to install the cups. Once you have the right tools it's a piece of cake. Got it all together this last weekend.

Was kicking around an idea. Maybe something like the attached image. Would be cool to make an attachment that can be taken on and off of a regular car hydraulic jack. Any thoughts?

Anyone know if you can switch out cranks? Would be nice to adjust the size to fit the rider. Cranks are pretty elevated on the xp and it might make the riding experience more pleasurable.

Specs on the Swagtron aren't that great. I think the Lectric has it beat hands down. IMO

Hello, Question for you. I noticed that the battery also comes with keys? Are the keys different? Are you able to use your stock key? I haven't a clue if Lectric has a bunch of different keyed keys or just one standard for them all.
