Thank you for your comment. The Trek dealers have been very good. There aren't any Verve 3 around. I test rode the Dual Sport and that was better. The prices are close with the brands but Trek is more and you get less. I'm now leaning towards the Gazelle Model T9.

The customer service is very good and the guy is very helpful at the Specialized place. The Giant deal is good too but not as knowledgeable. Both Giant ones are less than Specialized. There was a malfunction in the controller on the Vida. The guy didn't know what was wrong. It stopped working.
