Love my bike but it has a creak in the handlebar area. When you straddle the frame, you can move the handlebars laterally and recreate the creak that is driving me crazy when I drive. I checked the screw in the down stem and it appears tight. Any suggestions? Lectric has not been responding...

My bike to be received in a week even though I have a tracking number. They need to say that it can take a week for Fed Ex to pick up? More transparency. I would not have ordered again due to the back log and inaccurate shipping info. That being said, any good links for lectric rear...

I ordered 4/17 and did not receive yesterday's email. My last email from them stated that shipments would start May 10 with my arrival date the 3rd or 4th week of May.

I sent an email request to them concerning shipping and I received the same response. I ordered one bike on 4/17. Hope we get in May. Not that big of a deal but I noticed they took the money from my credit card on 4/18 even though the bike has not shipped yet.
