FAT BIKES (mostly) I Have Found for TALL RIDERS ( On a $830 to $2.5K Budget)

I recently picked up one of M2S 750 HT bikes and can validate that it will fit taller riders. They also provide the option on tires, either the standard 26x4.5" fat tire or their sport version with a 29x3" tire (my choice). The XL frame is 21" and standover height is about 32-33". I also...

Now selling six bikes down from eleven, what gives

Could be that supply chain has dried up on the other models and makes no sense to offer a bike they can't delivery. Also, given current economics they may be contracting a bit. I would suspect that many small manufacturers will not survive the year. On a good note, they just got in a supply...

Recommend a bike rack for ebike with fenders

Just went through this looking for a hitch rack that would hold 2 fat tire electric bikes that both have fenders and rear racks. Settled on Hollywood Racks ebike rack that secures the bikes at the lower tire and across the center bar. Added an adapter for my wife’s step through. Don’t have...

Opinions on good fitting ebike for people 6'3" to 6'6" ?

Recently ordered from M2S. Their 2020 R750 All Terrain bike is offered in an XL 21” frame and 29” wheels. Still have to wait another 6 weeks for delivery but it’s one of the larger bikes I’ve found.

    M2S R750 Sport Tire Choice

Also have the 2020 R750's on order, one each for the wife and I. We went with the 3" tire because 90+% of our riding will be on roads or packed trail and the 4.5" tire seemed to be overkill. I'll be getting the XL frame and she the Step Through. Now eagerly awaiting their arrival.

    Which Size frame to choose?

Thanks, and doubtful that the bars will be too close. I've been blessed with simian length arms. :D Also not to concerned on seat height and throwing a leg over. I ride an adventure style motorcycle with a 35" seat height. My main concern on the frame size was if it would be appropriate and...

    Which Size frame to choose?

No replies here and I’ve had conflicted opinions from other sources. Decided to go with the 21” frame bike based on current bike size and would rather have it slightly big than too small.

    Airbag vest for ebike riding

I wear a Hit-Air brand airbag vest on my motorcycles. It is a lanyard style and inflates if I separate from the bike in a crash. It takes about 60lbs of pull force to activate the vest. This is the same with all brands that have the lanyard stye. A number of brands are now becoming available...

Buying from local store vs ordering online

Seems like a lot of generalizations without any real information. I'm in a similar situation to the OP, deciding on an online bike to a store bought. The difference in my area is about $1,000-1500 dollar difference. By the components, many of the online bike have equal or better components...

    Which Size frame to choose?

New to ebikes and looking to purchase my first. I've been looking at M2S R750 but not sure if the 19" or 21” bike is the correct size. I'm 6'3" with a 34" inseam. My current older Trek hybrid bike is a 21" frame and I recently tested a Trek Verve that was an XL size and the shop said it was...
