    Allant+ 7s U-Lock Mount Location?

Those abus citychains are garbage, espescially the 1010 model. Go to westechrigging.com and order a pewag security chain. 5 foot will let you tie it to anything you may find. 10mm minimum size.

Can An EBike Travel On A Bike Rack In The Rain?

I think specialized, trek, and european bikes are all built in China as well. Just to a higher standard I like my truck bed for bike transport. Keeps it up nice and high. I wrap a ziplock around the electric control, and tie a garbage bag around the motor. Cheap and keeps the electics dry...

Giant No Longer a Value Brand? A Tale of Two Similar E-bikes, Two Years & $900 apart

Giant ceo is smart not to blindly invest in extra capacity when nobody knows if the bike boom will last. As a publicly traded company, stockholder interests come first. I personally don't see the ebike boom lasting in the states. It was a stimulus and lockdown driven event.

Incredible trip. Thanks to all for their suggestions. The hampton inn in bar harbor was the perfect location. Can bike straight from the room to the carriage roads, only have to ride on 0.2 miles of park loop road to get there. Hotel was lovely. There were a lot of bugs mid may. I sprayed my...

Experiences riding a Yamaha eBike in the rain.

I have a BH bike with a Yamaha PWX motor, external downtube battery. It has no warranty coverage since it's a BH, and North America got screwed with the warranty service. I have a trip to Acadia Park next week, and it will undoubtedly rain at some point during the day. I am fine riding in the...

Is there a seatpost rack that works with ortlieb panniers?

Is there a seatpost rack on the US market that is compatible with ortlieb QL 2.1 panniers? I have a bunch of ortlieb panniers that I would like to use on my secondary bike, but it does not have any braze-ons for bolting a rack. Looking for something universal and relatively inexpensive like a...

    Be careful selling your ebike!

When i sell bikes to strangers i tell them to meet me in the lobby of the police station. I tell the officer at the desk that i will be selling a bike. I tell the buyer to leave the id at the station, and leave me with a $500 cash deposit for the test ride. Won't stop him from stealing it, but...

Thanks a lot for your post. I've spent the afternoon learning about dust collection. As I mentioned, my basement has absolutely no ventilation to the outdoors (no windows, and no exterior door). Any eBikers familiar with Acadia National Park

Well I set the dates for May 14-23 for my trip to Acadia Park, and now am worried that the carriage roads may still be closed for mud season. I spoke to a lady at the park, and she said that they do not speculate on when the carriage roads will reopen because it depends how much rain/snow they...

Pennsylvania Rides | Meetups | Pennsylvania Riders

Was thinking of going up to lehigh gorge tomorrow. Last time I rode north from white haven, i went up the ubdeveloped road you mentioned for a few minutes, then turned around because it was bumpy and the view of the woods was boring. Does the trail condition and scenery improve as you head north?
