Are there enough Canadian ENVO Ebike riders to start a specific brand forum?

wow, Keep on keepin on. Im going to enjoy my new Envo bike which I picked up last night rather than waste time on a one way conversation. I mean you must be right so lets trash a small business. Guess that makes me a shill

Are there enough Canadian ENVO Ebike riders to start a specific brand forum?

Well, your experience is your own but to proclaim a company is dead based your singular example is quite frankly irresponsible. This is a small Canadian company and im sure there are other brands not represented on this forum. As for my experience. Shipping amd updates are fast and regular...

Are there enough Canadian ENVO Ebike riders to start a specific brand forum?

They are very much still in business. If you look on the website they have dealers you can go to like cyclepath. I was able to see one in person at cyclepath in brantford Ontario. I've put in my order Tuesday, is on route by Friday. Can't comment on support or phone calls, haven't needed...

    Rohloff e-14 oil leak

Im considering an ebike with an e-14. I was getting pretty hyped about it till reading some of these threads :).. Most issues here seem to be with R&M or is that just coincidence? Im looking at a different brand. Was there ever any official fix? I wouldnt be able to go weeks without my...

    Specialized/Brose motor failures?

In Canada... at Least where I am in Ontario there is more lack of knowledge than anything else. Even the official giant store in Toronto told.me they'd have to send my.motor away even if I just want a service tune up and internal inspection. The only time I got some attitude was when I took an...

    Specialized/Brose motor failures?

I wasnt really sure what context this was in but I have had small bike shops that I used to take my old road bike too say they werent really sure what to do with my Giant when I was having some controller issues. I didnt really think badly of them... they were honest about there skill level...

    Specialized/Brose motor failures?

Hi All, Im looking to upgrade from my current Giant Explore+ 2 gts. I was very much leaning towards Specialized Vado 4 or 5 specifically (the newest models, not sure about IGH yet). And as always Ive over analyzed the info available on the web and have read so many reports of failed motors on...

Finally got the Aventon Soltera 7-speed...

you arent really converting so to speak. All you are changing is the actual brake calipers. You can use the existing levers (love the integrated bell), rotors and cable. The caliper is a sealed hydraulic unit that is activated by the brake cable. Its actually a pretty easy task. Here is a...

Finally got the Aventon Soltera 7-speed...

I could never get the brakes right and even tried two local shops. Ended up changing them to cable actuated hydraulic. The redshift is awesome. I added one to mine as well as an esilk suspension post from cane creek.

Finally got the Aventon Soltera 7-speed...

they are very close in comparison. The 2.2 tires is nice too. I think the only thing I dont like about the pace is the handlebars... but thats and easy and relatively inexpensive change.

Finally got the Aventon Soltera 7-speed...

A lot of the appeal to me is the stealthy factor. Unless you take a good hard look at it, its hard to tell its an ebike. We have a lot of the theft in my city so an ebike of any make is a target. I like how light it is and the fact I can use a cheaper rack for the car if needed. I should say...

Finally got the Aventon Soltera 7-speed...

Yesterday I swapped out the mechanical calipers and installed the hydraulic cable pulls. Very easy and after bedding in the pads its night and day performance. No more disc grinding, squeling and more stopping power. I used the Zoom HB100... I wanted to use the Juin Tech M1s but they are $300...

I'm 5 10. I also looked into going full hydraulic and agree it's a bit high for a quality set up.
