Hey guys! I just took delivery of my Rattan Fat Bear and charged the battery till the charger indicator turned green which I assume means it is fully charged but for some reason my battery only shows 36%. Any idea why this is happening or did I get a bad battery with my new bike?

My Rattan Fat Bear was marked as delivered yesterday by FedEx ground. Excited to unbox my new bike so drove home from work to find noting! I immediately called FedEx and to complain and all I got was we will look into it. I must have called like 20 times, finally got to speak with a FedEx ground...
