    i wonder if any Giant ebike owner has replace their bottom bracket yet. Sounds like it’s something the dealer will charge you an arm and leg for it, given it’s not standardized parts.

    i think you are right... this is how it happened. I went over a bump, i heard my pannier flapped against something. It turns out only one of the two hooks was attached my my rear rack, i suspect it misalign the rear derailleur when it flagged and hit it.... should i bring this to a bike shop...

    Hi MTL_Biker. The E+3 doesnt have a front derailleur, just the 9 spd Deore in the back. It’s on the original chain, approximately 2000km (based on 26 battery charge cycles, since my model doesn’t have the computer that logs the lifetime KMs)

    My e3 has a creaking sound around the motor. I experienced that last year, but somehow tighten the seat post fixed it.... however, this time it still creaks after i play around with the seat post. anyone experienced the same?

    yes, a lot of the bike shops are very busy. I m so happy I was able to get it fix. When it's time to replace the rotor, can I get the 180mm instead of the 160mm I have now? does the bigger rotor have better stopping power?

    Hi all, just wanted to report back that my wheel is fixed. I bought the tool from amazon, and played around with it for 1 hr or so, the rotor is no longer rubbing the pads. Thank you everyone for your help!

    I tried everything it still rubs. I think because my front rotor is slightly bent. I ordered a repair tool from amazon to get it fixed
