I don’t know how your rack attaches, but here is how they attach to a Como. If you have fenders you will need longer bolts on the bottom mounting point. Hope this helps....

Have you tried adjusting your rear derailleur, sometimes changing to a different chain requires you to make small adjustments to the derailleur.

I use this one... you can mount it to a block of wood and put it in your shop vice. Easy to store that way...

I was in the same boat that your in, not many ebikes at my LBS . I did ride a como 2 and a Vado 1.0. I ended up going with a como 5.0 , my local specialized dealer ordered it.... got it in less than a week. I liked the Vado 5.0 but they were more$$$. The como for me was much more comfortable...

How are all of you charging your como batteries? Do you charge them to 100% or 80%? I do a lot of 15 to 20 mile rides ( just starting to ride again after a 3-4 year lay off ) and when I’m done, my battery is down to 65-75%. Do you charge them or do another short ride to bring the battery down...

That’s good to hear... hope it will last a very long time. I put my brooks saddle on... I think I like it better. Made me a mount for the rear light, turned out ok.... also added a rear view mirror and a cell phone holder. Still waiting on my rear rack and rack bag.
