I bought a Como 5.0 back in July 2019. I've ridden it maybe 2,000 miles or so in the last 3.5 years. In the last year or so, I've started to notice that the range is decreasing. I can still charge the bike up to 100%, but that full charge only gets me 25-30 miles now where it used to go...

Here's what I've got for my first few rides on my Como 5.0: I'm around 280 lbs. as well.

I installed that Roll rack on mine as well. Seems to work fine. Covers the real light though, which is a bummer.

After hearing about ours, several of our friends are checking them out now. They are a lot of fun. All the fun with none of the work is how I explain it to them.

I'm near your weight and recommend getting 4.0. If you're wondering about it now, you'll kick yourself later for not getting it.

I did remove my fenders and front rack and added a rear rack and bag to it. Oh and a mirror on the bars.

I can't think of anything. I got one two weeks ago. My GF just picked up her 4.0 today and we're headed out to ride in 30 minutes. My only tip would be use the motor sparingly if you want to go far. I turn mine off going down hill or on an easy flat, then turn it back on if I need more speed...

Yeah, that's my concern. If the calculator is accurate. I'm starting to suspect it is not. I guess time will tell. Maybe they need a windspeed factor in there as well.

Hmm, I'm 277 lbs. and did a 21.32 mile ride last night at 15.7 mph average with 623 feet of climb and used 55% of the charge. If my math is right, I'd be out of charge in 31 miles at that pace. Granted, I was making liberal use of Turbo mode as I was riding with some faster riders. I wonder...
