How loud is the Ultra on these bikes? I've heard them described to sound like a coffee grinder. Any new e-bike I get will not be super stealth, but I would prefer the motor not to be very loud.

Given the bike is still under warranty, why not just drop it off at Propel and have them fix it (seems you live close to the shop)? I expect you would get more interest and value if the bike was working properly.

Wow, that sounds like a lot of coordination. I have 2019 Supercharger Rohloff HS and have noticed squeaky sounds as well, but more so when going up hills and when I am pedaling hard. Did your bike literally squeak with every turn of the pedal regardless of conditions?

I tried to set wheel circumference on smallest wheel size setting possible to trick my Bosch motor to assist beyond 28 mph (or at least to assist all the way to 28 mph). I have not noticed a difference.
