The problem is with the extended range battery. I had three replaced before getting the forth one that works. I only hope it continues to work. I have two friends that have had the same issue with their extended range batteries and are waiting for replacements.
IMHO this seems only slightly better than just using to top tube power level button. And is not very clean. Will be good to see what the factory solution will look like.
My dealer says "Hey, according to Specialized, it will work on your Creo. I don't have pricing on it yet because they haven't finalized it. Supposedly available next month at some point."
I am trying to connect the d fly EW-WU111 transmitter inside my Creo S-Works. On other bikes I have always connected to the battery in the seat post. I cannot locate the di2 battery on the Creo. I emailed Specialized and they said it was "stored underneath the TCU (on off button) on your top...

Re. you questions on the stem. See if this answers them - https://electricbikereview.com/forums/threads/specialized-creo-sl-normal-stem-shim.35414/#post-298780
Thanks for this info.. I seem to have the stem shim in my kit. Any info. on how to remove stem and install new one? i.e. how to take off the adjustment knob on the top.
Yes, I plan to use the EW-WU111. I don't have a dropper post. I took out the TCU to retrieve the blue tooth paring code and I did not see the Di2 battery. Perhaps I did not look hard enough?? I have attached a photo of the bike.
I just received a S- Works Creo purchased from an individual. Just started to unpack and set it up. It has Di2 , but I cannot locate the pencil battery for the Di2 system. The A junction is in the right side bar end. The battery is normally in the seat post on Di2 system bikes, but its not...
Sorry but the only noise I could notice in your video was when you applied the brakes. As to the zip tie, I had the same on mine and removed it without consequences. I think it was used in shipping??
Yes, both were range extender batteries. I would take a refund if I could get one. But in my case, I don't believe this will be offered. Selling dealer was Bike Bling in Escondido, CA, they have been completely unresponsive.
Orbea replaced my first one under warranty. Now the second one has stopped working. The first one lasted 11 months, second one lasted 2 weeks! Orbea now says I must take the bike and extender battery to a dealer to sort it out. I have two friends who also have the extender batteries that have...
I just got a replacement external battery. I seem to recall that when the previous battery was connected that the app indicated 200% battery capacity. Now it shows the level of each battery separately. Anyone know how theirs shows in the app?
See my video at -
Is this the same noise you are having?
I sent the rear wheel back to the selling dealer and they replaced the free hub but they said what they thought was the issue was after removing the cassette there are 3 screws on the hub that were loose and hitting the cassette. After...
