    Probably a middle gear, going about 12-15 mph, went over a small drop curb, about 1”. Chain jammed totally unexpectedly.

    My 2019 CrossCurrent S chain fell off and got jammed into my rear tire. The bike went down hard but I jumped away unharmed. Chain falling off has happened several times before. Is something out of adjustment? Can I put an aftermarket tensioner or guide to keep it on the sprockets? Suggestions...

    Searched but couldn't find much on this issue: I tried to mount a Kryptonite Evolution u-lock (the orange one) on my CrossCurrent S XL. Seems there's not enough room... Am I missing something? If the normal mount won't work, how do others lug the u-lock around? Bungee it to the top or side...
