Update: I heard back from Elby this morning. They are sending me a dongle and software so that I can try updating the firmware of my bikes to see if that resolves the issues.

I am very happy with my 1UP USA rack. I use it to carry our two electric bikes, but they have add-ons for a third or even 4th bike. I can use it on my F350 truck, my wife's Jeep Renegade, and also on our 5th wheel trailer.
