My Bosch smartphone holder broke on my 3rd ride & was replaced under warranty.

I have the same bike and get the same clicking noise and interestingly mine is coming from the way my right foot is positioned on the pedal - when I change the angle of my right foot on the pedal, the clicking noise disappears. Weird I know, but that's my experience on my 9.9s.

I ordered a 9.9 last April 10 and it arrived at my LBS on October 15 - 6 months. So far it has been flawless except for the Bosch pnone bracket breaking. I take it back to the dealer in 2 weeks for it's 90 day check up.

Does anyone know if any of these software versions have been updated?

Before you criticize, keep in mind that there are lots of people who are on a class 2 ebike because they do not have the ability to pedel. A throttle gives those people the ability to get out and enjoy biking. 👍
