Here's an update: I just received the charger. Juiced really has issues with their packaging. This charger was in a box that was smashed and open on both ends. No invoice in the USPS package, nothing in there other than the smashed box and the charger. And of course they sent the wrong...

I believe Juiced's website for the 52V CCX battery stated that 45V is 20% charge and 55V is 80% charge. It was around 50V for a very long time and since my kid has been using it over the past 6 months its gone steadily down which makes sense.
