    Trailer Hitch Adapter for Trike?

Thanks, I see what you're getting at. I have a trailer already and am just interested in the hitch adapter to the trike frame itself. Almost all pet/child trailers (Burley, PetSafe etc) use the same arm that attaches to the front left corner of the trailer and connection adapter to the left...

    Trailer Hitch Adapter for Trike?

Hrmm...I don't see how that would work. The arm on the trailer is only so long and connecting to the seat tube would be both too high and bring the trailer far to close to the rear of the trike to make any turn at all.

    Trailer Hitch Adapter for Trike?

I'm trying to find a way to attach a pet/child trailer to a trike. Almost all of the trailers use the same arm and connection method to the left side of the bike's axle but with the trike this connection part needs to be mounted in the center of the bike. The only adapter I've come across is...

Trike Rear Disc Brakes - Each wheel or mid axle

My wife has had a Pedego Interceptor for several years however due to physical issues we think a trike is going to be a more appropriate ride. We're aware of the turning limitations with a trike and it being prone to tip if you're not careful. One of the technical issues is the rear brakes...

    Battery Level Accuracy

Tx for your input. I agree with respect to the multimeter however I don't expect my retired wife to take/use one on her rides. She still loves her bike so I think I'll just get her another battery for her peace of mind.

    Battery Level Accuracy

2018 Pedego Interceptor. Recently we had to have the black plastic housing sleeve AND the black battery case replaced due to an attempted theft of the battery. Everything went well however the LED Battery Level on the battery goes down extremely quickly, 1 bar left after 10Km, while the...

SHOW us YOUR PIX here .... Odd, WeiRd ,UnUSuAl or EyE CaTchIng things from your rides

No I believe it is a 'Deuce' (or whatever) but when you submit the application with pictures there are few modifications from stock that are allowed....brakes, signal lights usually safety equipment related etc. It's very pretty but I don't think it rolled off the assembly line like that.

I suspect when he submitted his application for collector plates it didn't look like that in the pictures. ;)

Ya know Dave, glad you didn't hurt yourself with this 'get off' of yours. Late last spring I hooked a bar end on a bush and I went down immediately, do not pass go, do not collect $100. Didn't think too much of it at the time but several weeks later one knee and the upper shoulder got very...

Mountain City Cycle, Courtenay. It's odd that for Giant bikes and parts there seems to be more stock in the independent shops than at their flagship ones. The current plan is to have a dropper post installed, kickstand, switch to tubeless and get one of those $99 displays. No labor charges...

That's a nice looking bike Dave, my delivery date was week 15 (Apr 12-18) but now it's delayed to week 18 (first week in May). As it happens I'm heading up to Quadra Island area on an MC trip for 3 days during that time so with any luck it'll be there so I can see it. They have the Giant...

    EMTB pedals

....and I've also heard that the OEM pedals on the Giant Stance e+2 are abysmmal so when I get a fancy new bike like Dave Matthews ;) I'll put them on that one.

    EMTB pedals

I was used to using SPD pedals on my road bike so when I got the Giant Dirt E I wanted a clipless pedal. I don't do any technical trail riding so they work fine and allow me to have an efficient rotation pulling up as well as the stroke down. https://www.crankbrothers.com/products/doubleshot...

    Interceptor Battery Housing

The black plastic battery housing on my wife's Interceptor is cracked and I can hear rattling if I shake it. I understand this is a replaceable item and the LBS has two in stock ($39.95 CDN). Is this re/re something that can be done at home.....just a friction fit connection etc? I'd rather...
