Top speed is 20 mph. I've gone downhill 30 mph, with no issue. Some places will not let you ride an electric bike if it can go over 20 mph. Nice bike, and very comfortable to ride. The factory seat was swapped out for a comfortable seat. Rear light works, battery in very good condition.
