Oh ok. So chain doesn't necessarily have to be replaced. I also just received the same response from manufacturer 2 minutes ago. One other thing is that when I pedal backwards, my chain doesn't move or rotate backwards. I would need to rotate my rear tire backwards to get the chain to do so.

Fixed! I took it to my local bike shop, and they tightened the bolt down. Now if only I can get rid of this clicking noise when I pedal and shift gears...

Thanks all. I'll need to pick up a tool to tighten the hex screw that @harryS mentioned, although I had tried this at a bike shop--it didn't help much when I tightened the screw all the way. Correct, the stem is turning at the bottom. If it continues to happen, I'll try to take another video of it.
