Thank you! I was hoping I was missing something obvious but it's going to the dealer for service today.

I finally got the Big Bud Pro out for this winter and the battery will charge off the bike and lights up indicating a full charge, however, the display still flashes 00%, indicating no/low battery. The contacts look clean and I've seated the battery multiple times. Any troubleshooting tips? TIA...
