Jeff, I called the shop to ask them how long it will be to get a new battery. they told me that it just left their shop (so that's two days) and it will take another two to get to Sydney (980kms away). Then it will be Bosch that decides. All up about a week they said. Maybe quicker maybe longer...
I agree! AND they should stop the clock on the warranty while it is being looked into, unless they give you a loaner battery... otherwise what's their incentive to be quick? anyway, its only been two days so far. I will keep y'all posted.

You were right. It was battery failure. I took the bike back this morning and they ran the diagnostics on it. Everything responded as it should except the battery. They swapped out the battery for another one and it worked. So Bosch has been notified about it and hopefully they will...
Hi Jeff, i hope it is something straight-forward too. I guess we shall see. I will load the bike up onto ute and take it back to the shop this morning. I am hoping they will fix it quickly... I enjoy riding my bike!
