I'm tempted to possibly add some different components to my CCS. I wondering if any of you know what type of bottom bracket is used in the bike. I've never tinkered with bottom brackets before, so I don't know much about them, but I'm seeing all these different types.

What size rim tape should I get that will properly fit the stock CC wheels? I know the 700C part, but wondering on the width. I'm seeing ranges of 14-22 mm offered from schwalbe.
