I'm getting this bike with a 48v battery. I have a 36v battery that will fit. I would like to use for a backup. Can I do this and what would I change to make work? Also can you change wattage use of motor to get longer rides when on mainly level ground. And how would I do this? Thanks

I just installed a hub model bafang. And I have the pedal assist sensor on left side when setting on bike. The pedal assist only works when pedaling backwards. I not able to put on other side and you can't turn the sensor over in bracket it won't fit. What can I do to fix.
