No really new products and pricing isn't much better than the competitors... I wouldn't doubt it. It's too bad... they had a really good product when they first started and everyone caught them in value.

I also prefer bright colors for visibility. My Aventon is "citrine" which sounds too much like something else that is also yellow.

I have this same effect going between my Espin and Aventon, both 27.5" but different dynamics and it depends on the trail for which is my favorite. That's why the rule is N+1! :)

We've transported our 15ish lb dog 2 ways... folding crate on rear rack and backpack. He prefers the backpack. On the crate we have to use restraints so he doesn't try to jump out (esp when he sees other dogs).

Turris has a rear brake light and at $1095 is a great bargain. 54lbs vs 62lbs for the 700 if you are concerned about weight.

I blame Sur Ron and Super 73. We have kids riding in the middle of main roads popping a wheelie from light to light. Breaking arms and legs does not seem to deter them (saw one kid with a cast). :(
