I just finished "1929" by Andrew Ross Sorkin... I was appalled at the backhanded deals and corruption in the stock market back then and I'm sure it's still there today
I don't want to pry but how much was the bike if you don't mind sharing. I know they're expensive but as of late, it seems almost all ebikes have become more affordable not factoring tariffs. Not sure how companies can get around that
I had a CRX too. It was my favorite car that I ever owned. It was a little less than 10k USD back in 91' and I got the "HF" model with the 68? HP engine.. EPA rating was 49/52 and I could beat those numbers hyper milling. I loved that car but sadly it was a northeast vehicle and after 20 years...
I haven't ridden my ebike in two and a half months. Only two and a half more months to go. Oh well, I appreciate it more when I don't get to ride it every day
Just curious, I bought my second ebike about a year ago and tariffs weren't a thing at that time. My bike is a "rize" ebike and came from Canada. I shudder to think what kind of fees I would have today if I had the same bike delivered to my house
I'm constantly playing games while riding my ebike. I typically ride the same route from home and I know exactly where my battery should be at each stage of the ride. I hesitate before every shift to protect the drive train even though I have shift detect. The shift detect is a little slow some...
I'm with PCebiker on this. It's just too damn cold out there in N Michigan. Personally when it goes below around 45-50 degrees F.. I'm done for the season
Yeah, there's no campy stuff on ebikes. They lose a lot of market share by not embracing ebikes. EIther that or manufacturers won't use Campagnolo stuff because of cost.. Again if they had a value line of components, they'd be in better shape
For anyone that might be interested and suffered the pain of reading all six pages. The wax lube does seem to form some kind of "shell" on top of the wet lube. I have no scientific data but the chain stays cleaner than just using wet lube and also seems to wear less. That's really all I wanted...
Good bye smorgasboard... You refuse to let it go.. Enough is enough.. Find some other thread that bothers you. In fact, I might just start one. hehehhee
LOL.. you're a real piece of work smorgasbord. Instead of posting chain care threads, why not start a thread warning others about the dangers of not following the manufacturers directions when lubing a chain and the potential harm that wax on top of lube can cause. I'm sure you have the data to...
