I'm reporting back our findings as the bag has just arrived. In short, the answer to the question as to if the trunk bag will fit on at the same time as the panniers, is no, it will not. The trunk bag itself fits onto the back rack perfectly and quickly. Obviously, the panniers go on very well...

Thank you for that added info. It is the MIK HD, you're right. It's a 16ml tube. The clips from the panniers clip onto it easily. I think I will take a chance and just order it and send it back if it doesn't fit. It's free shipping to send to me, not return shipping, though.

That is sad. It's just common courtesy when someone has taken the time to respond. At least that's how I see it.
