Thanks sir, and I will suggest that. This should be seamless, but it appears testing was not complete or to a sufficient level. I did drop the bike off today (new LBS) to see if they can get the automatic setting calibrated. I will provide an update.

Thanks for the response.......no, I use 2.4's on the Vado 4 and Trek 8s....plenty of clearance, no rubbing. 8000 miles on the Moto X's on multiple ebikes and not one flat...knock on wood. Take care....

Not sure yet, I will have the controller in a few weeks and will advise then. What Specialized told me was that the bike stays in manual mode, until you choose to place it back in auto. I hope that is correct, because it would make it a seamless operation for me.

There is no option for manual mode within the Specialized app, and placing the hub in manual mode, requires the Cliq Pro Controller. Here is a video that helps. Manual Shifting Mode = Time slot 4:36 Hope this helps.....

Thanks...did that already. When I attempted to calibrate it through the Enviolo app, it never did. I think it is defective in my opinion, but Specialized is aware of the issue, and the bike will be delivered to the shop this week. Stay tuned.....
