If you put some tannus liners in, you won't have to worry about puncture. I have around 1,200mi on my 4.8's and never a puncture. I'll be interested to see what you go with, but I still have a ways to go on my tires.

I've had my 160Nm for 3 yrs without any issue up hills, flats, snow, whatever. As long as you know how/when to shift its not a problem. If you lug the motor or try to throttle around then you will most likely not have good luck. FWIW

You want a good bang for your buck, I ride the Himiway Cobra Pro which has a 1000w Bafang mid drive w/160Nm of torque. It takes me all over the snowy trails at my local ski area (I ride at night when they are closed). FYI

I have a Cobra Pro as well and I hang my bike from the rafters in my garage using ratchet straps. Works well, that way I can rotate the tires freely for whatever I'm working on.
