    Cable actuated hydraulic caliper upgrade

I use the Park tools at work, but I have that all-in-one tool for the home shop. It works really well, just take your time.

250 watt motor and 18max current controller?

If you loan it to a friend and they maim themselves due to your negligence, Jerry won't matter, the jury will. :)

Specialized Turbo Vado SL: An Incredible E-Bike (User Club)

I saw that Velduro online when I was looking at options before purchasing my Nytro. I would think that it's in the 35# range, but I don't know for sure. I don't need or want 105Nm in a 35# bike.

I cooked up some chicken on the BBQ last night, and didn't need my flashlight. That moon was bright.

250 watt motor and 18max current controller?

One thing to keep in mind. If you jury rig the torque arm, and it breaks, that risks ripping the hub motor cable, leaving you stranded and on a hunt for a replacement cable.

Specialized Turbo Vado SL: An Incredible E-Bike (User Club)

Admittedly, our market is skewed towards the high end, where a lot of customers just want what they want or what they perceive, or are told, is best for them. The three main competitors to AMFLOW that we sell are Orbea, Mondraker, and Cannondale. Many of the owners of these bikes want a DJI bike...

    Sound in the Ears

The wind rushing by them creates noise. I noticed that while descending, if I pushed the front strap against my head, or turned my head sideways, the noise went away. I also noticed that it was much harder to communicate with other riders while descending, and that my tinnitus was more prominent...

2025 - Our Rides in Words, Photos, Maps and Videos

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the free version only allows you to analyze a small number of rides, like 200. The Pro version unlocks all of your data. Maybe your version is grandfathered?

Specialized Turbo Vado SL: An Incredible E-Bike (User Club)

😅 😅 😅 That's a running joke inside the industry. AMFLOW sells direct and through dealers. DJI sells their motors to about a dozen companies, but 90% of them go to AMFLOW. AMFLOW has very, very few dealers. Both companies purposefully control supply to enhance demand, which is already...

Specialized Turbo Vado SL: An Incredible E-Bike (User Club)

Just look at the two pictures and decide what your eyes tell you. This is a Specialized forum. I posted that picture to answer a question, not to challenge Specialized as a company, or their products. I only wanted to show another manufacturer's product that answers the question. It wasn't...

    Winter Riding Gloves

I meant in conditions where riding something that protective would make sense, like below 40 degrees F. Do they have any kind of mesh or vent? I saw that the company has GoreTex models, but they seemed to imply that they were for "spring riding".

It's been around for a while. From what I understand, you'll need a Strava paid subscription and a Veloviewer paid subscription to make it all work. $30/year isn't a whole lot of money if you like diving through Strava data.
