    Button/Switch?

It would mean that if the battery is on the bike that anyone can turn on the bike without using a key.

    Button/Switch?

It sounds a bit like when you turn the key it both turns off the battery and unlocks it from the frame at the same time. I would not like that.

    Button/Switch?

That's true of mine as well regarding turning on the display but one extra turn of the key after it locks the battery is needed to send power to that button. Then when I stop and turn the key back it turns off the power and I can remove the key but the battery will still be locked in place.

    Button/Switch?

Does it do anymore than that? For instance one click of my key locks the battery in place and the next click turns on the power.

Your battery doesn't have a key?

Bike that can carry an extra rider

Curious about why cargo bikes all seem to have little wheels. Do smaller wheels handle bigger loads?

Ebike Riders - We Need Your Help ($ for your feedback)!

Yeah, I own two Ebiles but apparently don't qualify either. Curious about what actual info they are looking for?

    Generalized info about original parts.

I'll have to check my chain but I know it's not skipping in any case. I replaced the original chain at around 2500 with a KMC and part of another. It has 4600 on it now.

What's wrong with a second quick link? Did that on my Rad Rover and it works fine.

Do you regret buying (or not buying) Step-thru vs. Step-over frame?

Interesting although it wouldn't help much with mounting or dismounting if ones bike had a rear rack with travel bag mounted on it.

    Rear Rack Bag?

If one of these can be mounted on your rack then you can use a Topeak bag that just snaps on and off. I put one on my second bike so I can easily switch the bag from bike to bike...

Help me select a bike please

I've been very happy with my Rad Rover although they did make a few changes since I bought it. Hopefully for the better. It's got a little over 4500 miles on it with no problems other than routine things like chains (replaced once), tires (replaced once) and brakes which I switched to...

    Cannabis, how is it legalized?

Fentanyl is used every day in hospitals for pain. The trick is the correct dose which can't done effectively if it's black market. I think I once read where there are test strips for it so maybe those could be distributed to cut down on the ODs.

    Cannabis, how is it legalized?

I would say the only purpose to legalize that is to make it safer. Whenever something exists that people want, making it illegal always makes it more dangerous, more expensive, and not any harder to get if you want it. The Volstead Act kind of proved that.

    Cannabis, how is it legalized?

I've not experienced the former. For me it tends to blot negative emotions and enhance positive ones. Never tried shrooms. LSD a few times over 50 years ago which was always quite nice.

    Mackinac Island impounds ebikes

All Ebikes are motorized vehicles unless you leave the battery at home. You can go just as fast using PAS as you can with a throttle.

    Mackinac Island impounds ebikes

What's the difference between being "buzzed" by a throttled ebike or a regular bike?
