Saddle pressure, numbness, and maintaining sexual health at 59

Numbness occurs rarely, I do use a E-MTB for commuting, 16km a day. Just want to ensure that I am not spoiling nerves in "that" area

Saddle pressure, numbness, and maintaining sexual health at 59

Hello fellow cyclists, I'm reaching out to this knowledgeable community for some advice regarding an issue I've started to notice and its potential long-term effects. I'm 59 years old and enjoy riding my e-bike daily, covering around 12Km. Despite using a saddle designed to be safer for the...

    Why a dropper would help?

    Seatpost suspension on bi-suspension RM?

Yeah, I see that lowering tyres pressure helps a lot. Unfortunately city roads over here are quite bumpy, I will look for a softer saddle too, but was just curios about a combined suspension effect done by the seatpost suspension and my rear suspension, which is quite loose, (to such an extent...

Hips safety, saddle width and misc. considerations

Hi there everyone, Recently I met what we call "Bio-mechanic", who shows to be an expert in measuring body parts and adjusting bike parts accordingly, such as saddle height, etc. He said that the width of my original saddle (18cm) was exceeding optimal size, given the distance of my "sitz...

    Rohloff kit transformation?

So, it looks like this can be done! I am not sure about the final costs, but this is the email I got from Rohloff, might be helpful to other riders seeking for this.

    Superdelite engine jerk when kicking-in

I am noticing it with any setting, but lower gears seem to show this more than higher ones

    Rohloff kit transformation?

I just thought it would be another way for RM to earn money. Why not grab 2k$ easy from a customer who wants to change gear shift system? There's a Rholoff model in the GT line, so RM could easily supply all required parts. I am pretty sure the bike frame is identical.

    Superdelite engine jerk when kicking-in

Do you think this issue could be due to multiple pedal strikes? The crank arms are pretty firm, there's no "play" at all, but I wonder if the gears inside the engine got loosen somehow

SuperDelite pedals too close to ground :-/

Yeah, but to be honest mine occurred also on uneven surfaces. Of course my sag setting might be too low, but there's an evidence in a low design... As I have written, the dealer told me he was experiencing this on his first rides and this was the reason why he shifted selling only GX models.

SuperDelite pedals too close to ground :-/

I have pumped up my rear suspension and will see how it goes

SuperDelite pedals too close to ground :-/

I wonder why the engine position or the crank arms are so low by design....

    Rohloff kit transformation?

It should, as for the spare parts.... If your rear wheel with the Rohloff shift gets stolen, who is going to replace it if not RM?
