If you decide to buy from a dealer or Best Buy, the 1-year warranty is still valid. Warranty claims can be filed at aventon.com/pages/warranty. The only thing that wouldn't count is the reward points that would be earned if purchased online through aventon.com.

Hi there! The bike is 77 lbs and the front rack is not included.

the Pace 500, Pace 500.2, Level, and Level.2 rear wheels are functionally compatible however there are visual/cosmetic differences in the various versions. Mainly the rim shape is different between some of the models.
