Thanks again Stefan! I have always liked and worn Oakley sunglasses. I'm pretty good at taking care of them, so to me they are worth the extra money. I have one pair that are 20 years old and still don't have a scratch. The Oakley optics are excellent, but they are ridiculously expensive...

Alright, here she is! I've had it just about a week now. I've only ridden it on 3 days as the weather here has been a little rainy last week. Also, I rode it a couple days ago in the cold and it was a little miserable. I think it was around 45-50 degrees, but with a 28 MPH wind (downhill in...

    Alternative rack for Allant+ 8

Guys, Ok, I think I figured out my rear rack/bag dealio. Instead of adapting a rack deck to my existing Tero X fender supports and then getting a new small bag for the new deck, I adapted an old (but never used) motorcycle gas tank bag to work with my existing fender support rails. I'm very...

    Name That Tool Game

Hey, does anyone know what tool this is, and what's it's used for? It looks like a chain tool possibly. It also looks like a quality piece. I stumbled upon it while looking at small tool bags and wondered what is was. TIA if you know.

I've decided to get the Quikr Mach 2 Rack, and an add-on rack to carry my buddy's bike when we go out together. As an engineer, I can totally appreciate the design and construction of the Mach 2 rack. It's V-Nice! :)

    Alternative rack for Allant+ 8

Thanks guys! Those links show the simpler rack though, I want the one shown on top in the attached image. It looks like the legs might be a tad longer too, which might help a little as well, although the rack looks to be a little thicker than the simple one, which might be why the legs are...

    Alternative rack for Allant+ 8

I tried those links and I did not find the rack deck in question. I must suck at searching the internet too, because I cannot find that rack anywhere - ugh. Thanks for trying to help!

Where did you get that nice MIK compatible deck? All I could find is this lame deck. Thanks!

Thanks much for the feedback. After seeing a video on the rack, I was sold on it. I do plan to do some fender trimming on my Tero X, partly for the rack and partly because I think they are too long. Enjoy the day!

Tero X Fender Trim to Use on 1UP Hitch Rack

Hey offthewall, What is that bolt-on rear rack platform you've got there. That's exactly the type platform I want to add to my Turbo Tero X rear rack. Thanks!

Hi guys, I am 63 years old and new to E-bikes. I test rode a Specialized Turbo Tero X 4.0 a couple weeks ago and really liked it! I placed an order for the Tero X 5.0 because I wanted a little more torque and battery power than the 4.0 offered. I'm hoping this turns out to be a good bike for...
