Vario vs Rohloff on Superdelite with GX option on steep fire roads/trails

I'll chime in briefly :) Personally for me its night and day my other bike is now almost 2 yrs old with previous gen. CX. Less noise, superior shifting characteristics, very capable software combo (cx/kiox) and of course a smaller and lighter motor which blends in with the bike much better...

Vario vs Rohloff on Superdelite with GX option on steep fire roads/trails

Yes i didnt like the Rolhoff at first with that gear shift delay even if they say its quick its still a delay that does not really happen with the Enviolo. Since i rode motorcycles most of my life before ebikes I'm always in the right gear and anticipating/knowing what I need before i get to a...

Loss of Assist as Battery Discharges

Indeed as it will drain super fast and *usually* but not always a rise in tempertaure. There are some cells that can do high drain and retain temperature stability.

Loss of Assist as Battery Discharges

Exactly why us flashaholics pay attention to the cells we use in overdriven LED flashlights, 30Q being a popular choice for 18650.

Which headlight is sufficient for trails at night?

I have that exact light on one of my ebikes it was installed on the bike when i bought it. Not much spill but an ok urban light, theres so many out there i love my lights as much to see, and be seen. I use an Exposure M1K0 light with tap touch adjustment on 1 helmet i have my Olight M2R Pro zip...

Loss of Assist as Battery Discharges

Both my electric scooters do this and as mentioned you need a cc/cv controller to eliminate it, neither of my Bosch mid drive bikes do it. Same with my LED flashlights the better ones are fully regulated.

mid drives are not for everyone/throttles are fine

Dont know it sure doesnt bother me if its throttle or not, all i know is if i had a throttle i would use it because its there. Some hills around where I live even though not very long are steep. Plus my legs are pissweak due to health issues.

mid drives are not for everyone/throttles are fine

Here in AU were stuck with 25kl/m and the idiots made throttles illegal on any ebike, rolls in Dualtron Thunder if i want fun above 25 klm/h..

Spercharger 2-clicky noise around headstem area

At first i thought it was a bearing bit turns smooth enough and does not bind. Since a buttload of cables get routed down there now could it be that? Not the kind of noise i like because this noise for me has always related to damaged bearings.
