Man that author is pretty bitter and jaded.
R&M is already 100% cardboard. I suspect this reusable packaging will work well in the EU, doubt we'll see it over here in NA since there's no warehouse (yet) so shipping stuff back and forth to Munich doesn't make a ton of sense.
Which model Sueprdelite do you have, Touring, Vario, or Rohloff?
R&M has some particular things in their manual but the general consensus is correct, you're welcome to work on your own stuff. That phrase is likely intended for warranty work which an authorized dealer must perform.
The front...
They just released the 2nd gen, I'd offer $3k. There's still leftover gen 1 S11's brand new for $4249.
I had one, awesome bike. Ditched it for the GSD because it just didn't have quite the beans to have a passenger and tow a trailer, IMO
Can't recall how long the bike is and we only get the Sport version here in the US, but I can help with Enviolo and overall Cube Cargo impressions.
Probably my favorite riding front loader!! The 27.5 wheel in the back is nice for rollover capabilities, steering feels great, overall a very...
What's frustrating about their site? Are you talking about specific parts and build details? Everything is subject to change with part spec's on builds, it's always been like that and the pandemic made folks realize this truth.
I doubt they're losing many customers from website design, take a...
Worth noting that you need to make sure the bike has the lights enabled to begin with. For example most eMTB's that don't come with lights often have the lighting system disabled from the factory. So you have to plug the bike in with the dealer tool to enable lights. Not a big deal but important...
They're pretty close, biggest difference is frame aesthetics. Technically the high step/traditional frame design will be stiffer but I doubt you'd notice the difference.
Not sure what's up with that shop but I can tell you from my experience that our shipment times have varied quite a bit. Sometimes it's 7 business days, sometimes it's the end of the month. Holidays, wildfires, and UPS strikes don't help anything either.
Also perhaps they don't have a great...
Worth noting the C380 doesn't come with the CX motor but the Bosch Performance motor which is quieter than the Speed and CX motors (they have more robust internals). Granted there's a bit of noise but the Speed motors are much more efficient and so fun! I think you made the right call!

Stefan, there's a few points here that missed the mark!
The Rohloff is actually the easiest to repair in the field as you just unplug it and undo the skewer, easier than a chain/derailleur setup! Also servicing the system is pretty easy too and you can get the oil kits to service it yourself...
What generation Bosch motor do you have? On the earlier Gen 2 motors I've had vibrations with the Vario hubs due to a near 1:1 ratio and the reduction drive in that drive unit. It happens when pedaling harder with the motor working hard too.
Sorry about the dealer experience, sometimes the R&M accessories can be a bit of a challenge to install! Judging by the pic it looks like they're smaller, like a m3? Got pics of the bike? I don't have a Multicharger in the shop at the moment.
Exciting, which Tinker2? I think you'll want the Yepp Nexxt Maxi, it clamps the rear rack on the sides and I think that'll work better for the Tinker2's rack.
That's exactly how I travel with my fendered bikes but it's worth mentioning that you'll want to run a strap around the "hook" and rim as well as the wheel and wheel tray to prevent the wheel from "walking" in the tray and potentially letting the bike fall off.
All that said the Piston Pro is...
