SuperDelite 2020 Rohloff HS Issues & Support

That's the point of this thread, no amount of my complaining can make my LBS competent all of a sudden. They're either set up for failure from the start by R&M or just truly bad at their jobs. All I can do is self diagnose problems (or reach out here) as much as I can without having real...

SuperDelite 2020 Rohloff HS Issues & Support

Greetings, I recently encountered a few issues after receiving a 550 error during a light drizzle. Firstly, I know no ebike is "waterproof" but I presume this tank of a bike can handle a light drizzle. During the incident the lights, motor and transmission were not responding to input but the...

What is this device for? (2020 Superdelite)

Yes it does. Was equally surprised at OPs picture, which seems way less refined and may be vulnerable.

How do Rock Razor tires work on paved road?

I find deflating the tire makes all the difference! You get a few centimeters play where you can push the tire toward the motor which provides enough slack to remove the belt with ease.

Known Issues & Problems with Riese & Müller Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Thanks for the reply, Magura mentions motor kill and lighting on their site for the brakes. Also many ebike models have this functionality. Finally, while braking hard, couldnt the current torque momentum of your feet/legs cause the bike to "assist" you further?

Known Issues & Problems with Riese & Müller Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Quick question about SuperDelite (2020) braking...does depressing either brake kill the motor? Testing just the front brake, the motor still works without impedance. Trying to figure out how to test whether the rear brake kills the motor but would appreciate some input from other SD owners.

Known Issues & Problems with Riese & Müller Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

same here, there are more durable rubber covers that are a bit more finicky to close but last much longer, ask for one of those. My hard plastic door fell off in days of pavement easy-riding.

    SuperDelite suspensions pressure!

Sorry to not answer your direct question but I find the supplied pump to be useless in rear shock adjustments. A significant amount of air escapes when detaching the stock pump. There are dual-valve shock pumps made to fix this oversight.

    Superdelite 2020 turning degrees

Is anyone familiar with the block lock system in respect to falls? Mine were not collisions, just the front wheel losing traction at low speed (<15mph) and the bike's back tire continuing forward in its previous heading, causing the bike to "upside-down L" shape and want to go to the ground once...

    Superdelite 2020 turning degrees

There is no visible adjustment hex bolt, turns out my LBS doesnt know how to fix this either. ACROS does not have instructions posted for my Blocklock. LBS is reaching out to R&M for assistance. EDIT Aug 11, 2020 : Had a huge wipeout, riding on pavement, while making a left turn the limiter...

    Superdelite 2020 turning degrees

Greetings, I just noticed this and am wondering if this is normal. My bike's handlebars can turn ~95 degrees to the right but only ~40 to the left, is this normal? Left: Right:

How about a Kiox to forthcoming Nyon adapter since the pin-out is the same?

Bosch Gen 4 Ebike Updates (More Torque, Improved eMTB Mode, Increased Power at Low Cadence, Navigation with Kiox, New Nyon for Europe & US)

Received the update as well, still getting a feel for the "improvement." I noticed the "start gear" feature no longer sticks after turning off the bike. It defaults to 9 (rohloff) which is a bit too hard for my taste, anyone else having this issue?

Many of us kiox owners also have phone mounts and can conveniently charge our phones while riding thanks to the kiox USB port. Why not allow the smartphone hub app to work on my mobile while connected via USB to Kiox?
