Yes, remove it. It doesn't take that long and, since we have two e-bikes, the weight of two batteries adds up. Take the few extra minutes and remove it.

I waited for a long time, like a year or two, before actually buying this spring. I bought a Gazelle C380+ for me and one for my wife. I wanted CVT, belt drive and a type 3 e-bike. They were expensive, but I like them. I also looked at the Harley-Davidson RUSH/CTY SPEED e-bikes.
