Try using Velotooler. You can get a service that the tech looks over the bike and make adjustments if needed. $49. Look them up. They give you a list (hopefully) of techs in your area. Ride1Up did recommend them.

I saw a short video of Sondors thin model ebike. It stated it is belt drive. I cannot find this on their website. The "Thin" model shown looks to be chain driven. Is the belt drive model an older design?

Adding my 2 cents, Someone in my neighborhood has the Rad 4 and I saw him going pretty fast. At first I didn't know what ebike he was on but I saw the large diameter hub motor and I thought it was a Rad City bike. I saw him again and was able to see the Rad City name on the bike.
